My overall experience with SATECHI has been great. I love their products, they're high quality and elegant, and the customer service has been great through and through. I went on a spending spree over the holidays and lost track of what I had bought. I ended up buying the same item several times from SATECHI, but once I realized I had way more than I needed, they processed the returns for me quick and painlessly, with no pesky questions asked (but they did want to know if there were any issues they should be aware if). My suggestions to SATECHI would be to either add some products that work with micro-USB ports to their product line, or, maybe even better, create a comprehensive portable adapter kit so that any of their USB-C to USB-C cables can be make to work with any other ports (i.e., a USB-C to lighting adapter, USB-C to micro-USB, and a USB-C to USB-A). Overall, I'm a happy customer and will continue to purchase for SATECHI!
