Very happy with the product and online service but the shipment takes a bit longer time to reach me.

Perhaps using national shipping of Malaysia is not a good idea as the custom experience is pretty bad.

Easy to order, website could benefit from a virtual ‘try-on’ depending on the phone model and a 360-degree product view rather than stills. Thanks for shipping internationally as many US companies don’t. Love my Mous and well done on the quality. Great value for money
