I've been happy with the products\n The only concern I had was I had asked for a little Bluetooth speaker to throw in on my order because I'd spent over a $1000 and I felt like, yeah, let's throw this little Bluetooth speaker in with it to make him happy. And that never happened , but the product in the sound was exceptional

Our product had issues and had to be returned, but after escalating our return issue for my son’s gift, service management was great to work with. Will definitely use this company in the future.
