Love this unit. Operates as it should. However the installation instructions explained I needed to gently remove the trim ring for installation. It was not easy at all in fact it was extremely difficult and required several trim tools to get it to come off. Something’s not right there.

This thing rocks! Was a little skeptical after reading some reviews, and because of the low price, but this unit did not disappoint. Easy to install, easy to program, and connect. I have it hooked up to 4 Wet Sounds speakers, and the bass is good, volume is good. You do get more sound with the Loud Off/On button on. Happy with this purchase.
