Easy process

I had some issues getting the dongle working so I could use the SWARM app to help make the most of my new mouse and the agent I dealt with was great, she was very patient(I am old . . lol) and explained everything nicely.

Roccat is a great company. Always on top of my orders and they come as expected.

The keyboard is wonderful, I love the feel of they keys, everything is just amazing!
