Never got my item.. Company told me to to the leg work and get with my credit card company to fight the charge.. All they had to do was send it with signature

Customer service was terrible. I provided photos of broken product and of original order. Was informed it was not covered by warranty. Bad product and customer service.

The screen is not visible and it’s hard to select some of the apps because of the raised bevel on the band. In addition, the Apple Watch is not centered and the watch is loose inside the band when it’s not on my is wrist.
