first product was defective. customer service was great and return was easy

Overall quite happy with the band - very sturdy and a good protective cover for my iwatch. The only downside is that once in the cover, seems you cant easily swipe between watch faces.

Case fits okay. Definitely wouldn’t be water proof. Obviously it’s open top but also, the charging port cover doesn’t stay closed easily. Does a nice job of keeping everything together including my ear grips so nothing gets lost which was my main goal.

Very good product got one for my son who loves it.
