I had an issue with 2 Rel Subs so I contacted them for help. I received an email response in less than half an hour from Rachel who told me her colleague would be in touch to help me. Sure enough, Wendy then looked after me and replacement parts were delivered to me free of charge two days later! Proper old school customer service. Many other companies could learn a thing or two from REL. Many thanks

Rel make one of the best subwoofers and this is my third pair of them. Their after sales and technical support is amazing and very effective.
