It was a pleasure. The difficulties that I experienced were on my end. Yet, Alexander "hung in there" with me and taught me how to rectify my problem. He assisted with shipping procedures (both ways). Coordinated with REL repair personnel and now I have a "brand new" sub. If there is a customer service/repair process superior to the aforementioned, I don't know of it. REL and Alexander couldn't be better!

Somehow lost the pegs that hold the grill onto my T9i/x subwoofer, and needed replacements - emailed customer service and received a reply within 24 hours (from a real human, no less!). They didn't have the parts available that I needed, but they promised to let me know if anyone ever returned a grill that had the pegs still attached that they could salvage. Really nice just to be replied-to so quickly, and attentively!
