I received the wrong items. On 8/5 I contacted the company and Tom Donovan responded, saying he would send the correct parts out and I have yet to receive them and Tom has not responded to my additional email.

Bad business practices
Incessant chat popup 24 hours a day, constantly blocking whatever one is trying to do.
No indication that nothing is in stock, and you live off of other peoples' money without shipping anything.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I can rate the order site, but I am still waiting for an word on my order. Is it out of stock? Do you have it but don't want to send it to me? Did you send it to someone else? I;s just curious as it has been 2 weeks with no word except a request for a review.

Cannot Follow Simple Orders
I asked that my order be drop shipped without an invoice or packing slip. Apparently that was too much to ask for. All this after waiting a week to have my order ship.
