After I had a small confusion with software, I emailed the support. I got a useful response in about 20 minutes, and was able to end the conversation with support after less than 3 hours. Unbelievably fast. However my issue isn't technically solved, as I still can't map buttons on my stormbreaker 8k v2. I understand that it will be coming soon, but it is marginally disappointing that I'll have to wait.

So sick I’m buying it again!
