Prompt-it Teleprompters

After being a long time Prompt-it user of a larger system, I purchased the Mini for another more portable option and to enable usage on a gimbal mounted camera. When it first arrived, I was actually disappointed with the reflective quality of the glass, as there was some image ghosting happening. I reached out to the Prompt-It team and they provided excellent followup service. Suggesting that possibly the unit may have been supplied with the glass installed the wrong way around…. but they were also happy to refund my purchase. Quick screwdriver job to flip the glass and now it is looking great. Thanks for the help team. Excellent Aussie product!
