The salesperson was very helpful, but I am taking away 1 star because Fedex showed up a day late

I had received the wrong case color on my screen. Brian from ProjectorScreen.com was able to take the item back and get me the correct case color within a couple of days. I understand that mistakes happen and appreciate when they are corrected promptly.

Happy with purchase. Shipped 2 days late, but their customer service team had given me the heads up with a valid explanation so it was not an issue. I would do business with again.
