Very helpful folks. Items really didn't work out for me. Everyone tried to help but apparently my phone case doesn't work with your charger. That was at bit disappointing and it appeared the thickness of the case was the issue. Really hoping you folks find a way to make it work in the future.

Hi PopScockets! I am a big fan of your products and have already placed several orders on your website. I definitely prefer to order directly from your website rather than other 3rd party vendors given that you have the widest selection of designs by far and that you provide amazing service. However, I do feel that your shipping costs are rather high, especially for smaller orders that are far below the $20 minimum. For instance, I placed a small order a few hours ago (order #: AMR01255507) because I realized that I needed an additional PopGrip Base for my second phone case (I already had a few spare PopGrip Tops and did not need to order any more). However, having to pay $3 for shipping on a very small $2 product just seemed excessive. Aside from that, I love what you guys do and I’m a very happy customer. Thanks!

I am a person who uses multiple cases so when I saw you could move a popsocket I thought it was awesome. Unfortunately I am not impressed. The first case I took it off it left sticky residue behind. The second case I went to take it off of the sticky stuff came off the popsocket. Now it won’t lay flat.

Ordering online was a slightly better price than on Amazon, due to first time discount offered . However, customer service was not better. I returned popsocket charger as it didn't work well with my phone; both heated up too much for my liking. Return wasn't simple. I had to pay almost $13 to return, and then still nudge company for my refund. Not acceptable to me. I gave it a 3 star because at least I did get my money back, less the shipping charge of course.
