I love Popl as a whole company. There was one night I was trying to edit my profile and i couldnt due to app updates. First thing in the morning, a representative contacted me and fixed the issue right away. Other than that one time, I have not had any other issues with this company. I can honestly say that the shipping times can be a little long but that is my only criticism. I like all the different options available as well.
