I purchased a multi-tool for my son in the Air Force. Birthday gift. After four days, the item hadn't shipped. I called. No answer. I emailed, no answer. I suspect the item purchased isn't even in stock. A reputable firm will list items not in stock as back-ordered. This company just takes your money, doesn't send the product, and ignores customer service.
