I ordered AirPods gen 2,
I ordered AirPods gen 2, but they sent me the wrong product (Gen 1). I can't return it but I can be compensated the amount in difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2. Filled in the compensation form last week, but haven't received my refund yet. I'm already being lenient about accepting the wrong product AND paying for custom clearance, so all this extra hassle is really unwelcome. Very, very, very disappointing.
