Great idea, okay execution

I love the concept but the turnaround time on shipping is a bit of a deal breaker. Also, with no tracking info, I have no idea when to expect a pedal or when a pedal is returned. If there was a way PG could ship the next pedal once tracking info is received, it would be a much better process.

Faster order processing would be nice.

Could definitely be more timely with how long it takes to get a new pedal once you send one back. Also seems like you start at the bottom of my que to the least wanted pedal every time too. Aside from that, it’s a great service and very useful to help decide what kind of pedals you like.

Great idea

Great idea. And I like the purchase option. But it seems like it takes too long to receive the pedals.

Solid pedal. Good overall tone.

Solid pedal. Good overall tone. I'm looking for something a little more wild though.

Good selection of pedals and

Good selection of pedals and reasonable shipping time. Good customer service. But ultimately there needs to be more flexibility in plans. Whenever I send a pedal back, I know I'll have to wait about a week before I get a new one, which is no fun and feels like a waste. I have nothing to show for my subscription fee. It would be great to have a "two pedal" option, with one pedal to play and the other in transit either to or from. For $40 a month, I decided I'd rather just buy a pedal I'm interested in and then flip it if I don't like it or if it's too expensive to hold on to, and if I loose money in the transaction, as long as the loss is less than a subscription fee, I'm okay with that. In other words, I buy a pedal for $100, sell it a few weeks later for $90, I consider the $10 loss to be something like a rental fee, which is still less than a Pedal Genie subscription. I like the service, but having no pedal to play is too frustrating.
