Pedal Genie

The website was a bit confusing (maybe it's changed since I was a member early on) but the service itself was pretty great. When I was curious about buying a pedal I liked, I was given honest advice that I could get it for less elsewhere and I appreciate that. Right now I'm not on the lookout for pedals but if I ever am again I know where I'll check first :)

It was a great service and very cost-effective – unfortunately, I understand that shipping costs are expensive, but having the member pay for the shipping costs now makes a prohibitively expensive for me to use your service – it's just not worth the money now

I thought the service was great, but I'd typically get things from the bottom of my list.

I love the service and plan on subscribing when my schedule is more open. My only complaint is that the shipping could be faster. Maybe a new pedal could be shipped when a return tracking number is uploaded? Just an idea.

I loved the service, but I had to stop because of budget woes. Also I found it frustrating that I had to hope that my first choice pedal was the one sent to me. Otherwise it was a great experience and I may rejoin at some point.
