Pedal Genie

Pedal Genie was great. Helped me try out several pedals that sounded great on YouTube but didn't quite mesh with my setup.

Overall I really liked your service. I was in a phase of really exploring a variety of pedals and your service facilitated that. I canceled primarily because I was no longer really in a "pedal exploration phase." One feedback I would give is that, I was the gold member, or whatever the one is where you can actually select the pedals you are getting. But it was annoying to have to call up and manually have to have a customer service person check what was in stock and what wasn't. Some way of being able to see what was in stock and available to select for your next order to place would be great!

Great way to try gear you may have a difficult time getting ahold of..and purchase when the right on comes to your door.. The only real downside is that most of the month is in the shipping time..I believe as soon as you request the shipping label the next is automatically on its way.. At least 2 weeks out of the month goes to shipping..This is the reason that I cancelled my subscription.. Or I'd still be on..

I love the idea. Good customer service. Lots of good pedals. I left because you never had the pedals I wanted, even though they were listed. Also, shipping back and forth from CA to FL made the cost much higher to me; fewer pedals/month, etc. Good luck.

I received great service and prompt delivery on all pedals, and was really impressed by the variety of inventory on the site. The wishlist functionality has room for improvement - it would be especially helpful to be able to rank pedals from most to least desired. In the end, I loved being able to try out different pedals with my current setup, but it was too expensive to continue for the time being.
