Pedal Genie

I love this service, great idea, saves time and money as well as is inspiring to play more than any local music store. However, the website and subscription software need updating as I have had issues putting my acct. on hold and re-activating. The website does not update when I have already received the pedal, so I had to do my own maintenance to remove pedals once rented. Otherwise, great service and they always aim to resolve an issue. Thanks!

I love this service, in a world full of too many choices it has helped me attain clarity and joy when I get to try a pedal in my own rig on my own time. However, after many years the website could be designed better. There are error messages and we have had issues when I chose to cancel(in order to take a break) and restarting my account. A pause feature would be less troublesome on both ends of the spectrum. I have had pedals remain on my list after already trying and mailing issues for the same reason. If these issues can be resolved, then this would be a perfect service. Thanks!

It takes four or five days to get from one pedal to the next. A little slow (not like Netflix) but other than that I really appreciate the service.

Very fast shipping, but I really wish I got at least one of the high priority items on my list

I know the pedals get passed around but I think mine had sweat dripped on it and some other crusty on the front. I like the service and so far am pleased. Maybe just wipe the equipment down between uses. Just my two cents.
