The owl arrived slightly worse for wear although I think this was due to the courier service rather than the company. The box was damaged and the Owl was floating around the box unprotected. It was also left on the inside of our main communal door and no word was received of its arrival until it had been here for a little while. This is an expensive piece of equipment just left to be easily taken. Although, this very common with the courier service used, in my experience.

I hope we are all fixed now!

The product works really well. We were caught out by the fact that only a USB-C connector is provided so check the computer you're plugging into has one (cables are available extra). The app for configuration works well although if you're not connecting the owl to wifi then firmware updates are difficult (but possible apparently - we failed). Delivery was 2-3 days as promised.

Once set up and understanding how it interacts with the TV camera bar and the owl base unit , it works OK. Disapointing that the HDMI in and out ports on the unit are not ready for use yet, as this is a main part of connecting a computer to a screen this should be a working function straight away. Also no audio input jack plug , so couldn't use it for sound, maybe I have set up something wrong. The image quality is not as good as I expected for such an expensive piece of equipment, using a Gopro as a web cam or Logi cameras produced better quality. On the whole not a bad product but feel its a bit experimental and a prototype product that will either be upgraded by firmware updates or even replaced very quickly by a newer version.
