After the initial troubleshooting and proving that there was an issue, support handled our problem quickly, efficiently, and satisfactorily.

The replacement cable resolved our issues with the camera. Before we were unplugging the camera and putting it away when it wasn't needed. I recommended that we keep it out on the TV stand and plugged in so we don't have to unplug and plug in the cable all the time to prevent it from failing so fast next time. Thanks
