Although our issue couldn't be remedied immediately a new power supply was sent and received within 2 days. :D

Owl Labs staff has been helpful and accommodating any time that I have reached out for help or with questions. If they don't know the answer, I have received a timely reply once they researched the answer.

Very thankful that we got our replacement. Owl Labs was very friendly and helpful. I hope that nothing breaks again... but wouldn't mind talking with the folks again.

Well packed and arrived in great shape.
