Shipping was faster than expected. The website said it normally ships in 2-3 days but I think ours arrived in a total of 3 day. We use it for Teams meetings. Set up was super fast once I realized that we had to install the Meeting Owl App (even though we use it with Teams). The camera on the Owl wouldn't work in Microsoft Teams with out downloading the app. Not a big issue but that is something that should be added to the Quick Start guide that is provided to stand on the conference room table. The Owl isn't plugged into a dedicated computer so it is handy to have that guide to leave for anyone that comes in to use the conference room but they won't know to download the app since it isn't on there. Just a thought. Otherwise, it's great.

Website was easy to use, delivery was quick and efficient.

Our new OWL amplifier was easy to install, just plug it in, and the difference in "recording" quality and the final recording produced is remarkable. There are times when the OWL base/camera device would not quite pick-up a quiet or fast speaker, often deeming parts of our meeting inaudible - by not fault of the main OWL device, but due to a participating audience member being too far away to be clearly heard. Not any more! And we are truly delighted - thank you!
