However, thanks to the assistance of Saylor Martin, who patiently guided me through troubleshooting steps over the course of a week, we were able to determine that a replacement was needed. I provided the receipt, and a new OWL was swiftly sent to us. Our users here are thrilled to once again hear the Owl hooting away in our space!
