Shipping was great. Ease of online ordering was great. Have not had a chance to actually use the product yet. I'm waiting for our IT department to connect it to our system.

Great support team and help with ordering the replacement. Quick shipping got us up and running again very soon. Great people with a personal touch.

Juan was super and got me back on track with replacement equipment since they don't service the units.

From other reviews, I discovered that the cable from the Owl to the PC is often the cause of problems such as we have been having with our equipment from the onset. I was glad to be able to purchase an Owl-approved replacement cable and will see if it helps.
