Terrible Service
I was excited to order a UNC luggage tag from your company. Unfortunately, you sent the wrong tag (UNC-Charlotte instead of UNC-Chapel Hill). I emailed and called for a correction. No one ever answers your customer service phone line so I left several messages and finally received a reply to my emails. I was sent a replacement. However, the replacement was the same incorrect one, despite the fact that I had even emailed a picture of my order with the UNC-Chapel Hill logo. Again, I've emailed and called but to no avail. Since Dec 16 I have had absolutely no response to my 3 emails/2 voice messages. This is simply terrible customer service.
