I recently bought an item for my husband for Christmas. The website was coded wrong and I bought an AirPods case and was sent a mouse pad. When I relooked at the site the picture of the mousepad was there but said it was an AirPods case. I have reached out to customer 3 times and they have not returned my request on how to exchange the items or get a refund. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

The phone case doesn’t work on the power on/off button.

Awful. WHAT A RIPOFF

Very cheap and flimsy. It's basically a piece of cardboard stitched between the two pieces of "leather." Since it is leather on both sides, it slides around the desk making it unusable for its intended purpose as a mousepad. Looks very unattractive. Cost more to return than it's worth, but returned it out of principle. Wouldn't use it if it were free.
