Item was reasonably priced and no shipping costs. I had compared to other sites which charged more and also charged for shipping.

I was sent the wrong case at first. When I contacted them they were very nice about it. They apologized and immediately mailed out the correct one letting me keep both cases. I was impressed with their customer service. I understand things happened but they addressed the issue right away.
