Poor Watch doesn’t work & no one helps you

watch didnt work, now have to send back for replacement, nothing stopping the next watch to not work like the first one, mainly needed it for the start of school and since it didn't work couldn't have it for that, not riking it by getting a replacement so will now get refund.

No delivery!!!

Ordered 10th Jan I Have not received

I had to follow up an order 6 weeks after ordering to get a tracking number. I then randomly got send a tracking number which I then found out my order hadn't even been sent. I received no correspondence or a sorry, I would have cancelled my order and got a refund if I had known it hadn't been ordered. I then randomly got a $7 refund show up in my bank account which was for a refund on shipping. In short I had to follow up my own order and the correspondence from the team was very poor. I would expect more to be done to rectify this issue considering the poor purchasing and customer service experience considering I spent almost $300 with you.
