App doesn’t update locations in efficient time, it can take up to 1 hour to update even when we have full gps reception (in a large city) and device says it’s on line. If we relied on this device our dog would be lost or dead.

Service is shocking 2 weeks later and I still have not received the watch

After spending nearly $700 on 2x nutags for my dogs. I ordered 4 October, it's now the 23 and recieved so far just a thanks for your order text at the time. Having called three days ago to find out where it is was assured someone would track and call back. Still heard nothing. Claire
