Took forever to receive the watch, then the follow up service wasn't the best. Lots of intermittent contact that hasn't resolved my issues to date. The sales pitch was good and I believed the person I spoke to but the follow through has fell short of my expectations

My husband has multiple medical conditions and knowing n g the product was happy to buy again.. however I have spent $$$ for an express post service ice and I am now 3weeks later still waiting onits delivery. Not happy Jan! But, it is the the postal service providers who have failed! The product is terrific 👌 👏 👍 😀 Still waiting for it to be delivered 😒

Very late delivery. Ordered since 21-Oct, waited for 3 weeks still not delivered.

The tags look nice, but that's about it. I thought these things were essentially GPS devices but they only work if you're in close proximity to them. I recently flew around Europe and the airline lost my bag. I checked my app and it basically told me what I already knew, that I lost connection with it at the last airport I was at, but not where the bag is at the moment... So I am not really sure what the point of these things are... If they only work when you are near it, then you already know where it is and therefore isn't lost... Unless I am missing something...

As this device was new to me I didn't find it user friendly. Perhaps it was me.
