It’s great! Needs a light in the NutTag that goes in the Keys!!!

Accuracy isn't so great it keeps showing as being next door on the map even though it is right next to me on the bed. It also says exited geofence when it is still within geofence boundary that was set and sends random SOS alerts even though the button hasn't been pressed. Have to charge it every day cause the battery runs put quickly. Other than that it's fine but expected more from it as it's not cheap.

Good but could be a little louder z

I have now got a phone number of a really nice, helpful man who helped me with a couple of things yesterday. It’s good to know I can ring him anytime for help.

The gps was supposedly accurate between 2-5 metres however it is more like 20-50 metres which is okay, until it shows your pet is halfway down the street in somebody else's house when he is actually in your house. Same issues with the geofence around the property.
