long shipment and terrible customer support

My cover broke about a week after I received it. The cover came with small openings on the bottom, to make fitting easier. Somehow the opening got stuck in my pocket when I was putting the phone in and pulled the case open, breaking it. Very poor quality for something so expensive.

Awful customer service. Nobody has been helpful at all even thought I’ve been sent a product that isn’t fit for purpose as it doesn’t fit the phone.

I have sent you 2 emails and you still have not answered!’
