Poor customer service when incorrect product was sent to me.

Didn’t receive my order, comms with customer service stopped. Looks like I’ve lost my money. I can’t recommend this company

Very bad customer service and long shipping times

Poor. The website sends you to returns, not exchanges. You cannot swap from a return (which costs more money than it should) and an exchange. As a result I will not shop with you again.
