There were no instructions about returning my purchase

Charging 3x the postage paid for a return is unacceptable.

Scam

Bad customer support. I tried to return the Thincase as it lost colour after 2 days of use, but the return portal on the website did not work. I wrote several emails to the support, but they only said i should use the website (which does not work!)

Customer service give generic not helpful responses
