The shipping took too much time, I sent an email stating my mailbox is too small and to contact me as soon as the product is delivered. But, I didn’t receive an answer, and an estimated delivery date was not clear.

You guys need to fix yourselves.

I don’t have my case that I ordered on 9/8 and was charged for on 9/12. And, despite having put in a support ticket on 9/20, I haven’t heard from a real person yet about what’s going on.
