Shopping never arived

I ordered to the wrong address (my own mistake) but I instantly got in touch to report this via the contact us page. Even through it took over a week for my order to be dispatched, the customer service team never got back to me. My order was finally dispatched to the wrong address, which then the customer service team finally guy in touch to say it was too late to change the order, as it had been dispatched. I understand it was my own mistake, as the address was added from auto-fill but the company themselves were no help.

shipping was terrible, way too slow

the return policy is really bad. my case was not used hut simply opened the box and it is now void of return
