Contacted customer services email about a problem with the product and they referred me to the returns website. Submotted a refuen and heard nothing since after two weeks.

I placed an order a month ago and it never arrived. I have emailed support several times, and they are refusing to do anything--they just tell me to keep waiting, but the tracking number hasn't updated in weeks and the package is clearly lost. Worst customer experience I have had in about a decade.

Not worth the money

Not good enough. First they missed my buy one get one free case out of my order and wouldn’t then send me it, now the case I do have stops me being able to make calls
