See my case reviews. In short: let your customers know what happening after you take their money. A shipping announcement is a nice way to do that.

Some problem with knowing my address - which seems odd.

The shipping was very slow. Surely for the price using a courier like DPD would be more suitable.

The coating is a little rubberier than I hoped for. I prefer a little bit slicker of a coating. Other than that, it is easy to put on and the right thickness. Also they sent an email to get my review but after typing my review in and submitting, I had to copy it here. it didn't carry over.

The products are of great quality and I'm really happy with that aspect, can't fault it in fact. But the delivery of it was awful and the customer service could have been better. I paid for expedited shipping only to be given an estimated delivery date in my order confirmation that was advised for the standard delivery. I was given a refund for that quickly which I appreciated, but it didn't solve the issue that I wasn't going to receive the products as soon as I needed to. Several days later I received an email confirmation that it had been delivered, it hadn't. I emailed customer service and found out two days later that it had been delivered back to the company (no idea why, I had provided the correct address). The customer service responses were slow and when my order was eventually sent out to me, it was sent on a standard shipping which I don't think is acceptable when my delivery had been chronically held up through no fault of mine. I eventually received my order 3 weeks after I had placed it.
