Happy with the product but shipping was a bit down point. Delivered later than the delivery window, which was already slow, and still a 4 day window so lots of margin for error. but it still missed. I started to worry I'd fallen for an online scam and Nudient didn't exist beyond a flashy website! Long silence on tracking between dispatch and being with the courier.

Shipping was delayed but could not fault the customer service, they were helpful and understanding.

Shipping takes sooooo long! But the quality of the product is great! Just a shame you have to wait so long…

Shipping took 2 weeks. Contacted Customer Services as tracking had stopped being updated, took them 2 days to reply and they didn’t have anything constructive to suggest.
