the white glove treatment was great, nothing was required of us except pointing out the final location of the machine and getting out of their way while they assembled it.

Everything was easy with the purchase I do wish that I had gotten the installation because I had to wait until I had strong people to help me get it in the house but in the meantime I was using it in my garage. Now it's in my house in the basement with all of my other exercise equipment and I'm super happy.
