It was good, I used the trade in program NordicTrack offered but when I submitted the purchase it wanted to bill me for delivery, hauling off the old Elliptical, and set up. I was under the oppression that by used the code for the trade up that this was of no charge. Also that they would haul off the old machine.

Game changer!
