Everything was very easy. The shipper texted me prior to delivery and sent me a picture of where they unloaded it.

I had the treadmill delivered and assembled. Professional service all the way!

Shipping was extremely quick. I worked directly with a NordicTrack sales representative to complete my order and they were very thorough in explaining the details and setting expectations. Delivery was smooth, but they didn’t ask which room to delivery too and just delivered to my entry room, requiring me to manually move the delivery box to the room I needed, but was surprisingly easy to do considering the box was hefty
