Wonderful chat session. After answering a few questions, the support agent was able to determine this product might not be a good fit for my situation. I was provided with a link to some very good reading material specific to my issue. Even though this particular product wasn't right for me, I'm going to keep an eye on this company and any future products they may produce. I have bookmarked NOOPL's website for future visits. This honest approach to support seems to be a rare thing these days and it is greatly appreciated. I've got several other friends from my Army days that also suffer from varying degrees of hearing loss. I am happy to recommend they contact NOOPL to see if this product might be a good fit for them.
