Paul was great and was attentive. The product concept is good but. It’s not ready for prime time. Maybe 3.0 or 4.0. I’m open.

Paul was very supportive of the issues that I had with the Noopl that was gifted to me at Christmas. We had numerous back-and-forth email messages and phone calls. He was very helpful and delightful to work with as opposed to so many support lines for products. Unfortunately, it did not work out for me but I was most impressed with the effort that Paul put in to make sure I was doing everything correctly.
