I had high hopes

It’s a much more subtle reverb pedal than I was expecting based on demo presentations, and several of the modes have an underlying similarity in tone. It’s a perfectly fine pedal, but I’ve been slightly underwhelmed tbh.

Disappointed

The overall decline in quality and value from the Overdrive 200 to the Overdrive 202 is extremely disappointing. 202 has lesser sound and poorer build quality than the 200, proprietary accessories, and doesn’t even come with a case. This will be my last Quilter purchase.

10TC - Bad Tolex Job + Bad support

The cabinet I received had horrible issues with Tolex Fit & Finish. The cabinet sounds great, but seeing the bad tolex job soured me on the cabinet and Quilter Labs. I reached out to support to let you all know that it was some bad quality with no expectation of returning or replacing the cabinet. After sharing pictures with Samuel, he said “let us make it right”. However, making it right meant me shipping back the cabinet without a replacement and without any guarantees that I would either get it back or receive a replacement following the inspection. The return policy is a bit of a joke for the above noted reasons. Why not take a credit card to secure the replacement and ship a new one? If the inspection points to issues I created, charge a restocking or repair fee. A policy like this would be sure to cover your bases while a musician is left without a piece of equipment. So… - Bad tolex job - Bad support and return policy …not musician friendly. And that means a ‘Terrible’ rating. Do better.
