Unfortunately the package was either previously opened and then returned or it was damaged badly during shipping. It was only held closed by a poor taping job. Washers and screws were loose inside the packaging and there was an unsealed blue bag inside the box in which one of brackets was placed.

Paid a moza for expressed international delivery for the article to not arrive until weeks later. To be fair, they apologised and reduced part of the freight costs. After all the cafuffle… still couldn’t connect the two Lenovo wireless sets to the dongle. The whole experience has been a waste of time and money.

Customer service was poor and showed no concern for my issue.

Your staff answered my call and was very friendly. Responded quickly to my lost package but furnished the wrong thing.
