I keep getting these requests to review, but I’ve still not gotten a return label

You misguided me, you sent me a card which said register for warranty but you didn’t mention that register within 30 days, that was first misleading and when I bought it in i think 2019 you said it’s lifetime warranty but it’s not. That was 2nd misleading that’s not good at all… not happy from you

Most complicated return process, still haven't got the money back, cannot recommend.

I tried to change the delivery address or cancel immediately after placing the order but that wasn’t possible. Now my package is out there somewhere.

Worst customer experience ever, changed delivery date numerous times, still haven't recieved parcel its been 5 weeks. Requested a refund fingers crossed.
